  • What offerings should I look for when choosing a collision repair shop?

At Rockford Collision Center, we advise you to select a collision repair business with a minimum of 5 years of experience. The business should have a good reputation in the community and be licensed and certified. It’s also important to entrust your vehicle to a shop that guarantees its work in writing, has all the professional equipment needed to do the job properly, and employs trained and certified personnel. Overall, the business should have your best interests at heart.

  • Am I required to get multiple collision repair estimates for insurance claims?

No. We work directly with your insurance carrier to get approval. Multiple estimates aren’t needed.

  • When a vehicle’s frame is bent, does that mean it can’t be repaired?

The answer to this question depends on the extent and severity of damage to the frame. A bent frame doesn’t automatically mean the vehicle is beyond repair.

  • Do you require customers to schedule an appointment for a quote?

No, we don’t require an appointment for a quote unless an after-hours appointment is needed.
